JDI × Kokuyo's “Workstyle research Laboratory”

Japan Display Inc. (JDI) has started to jointly develop products, in order to realize new ways to work, alongside Kokuyo's "Workstyle research laboratory", to embody "Undiscovered ways to work".

JDI, in order to speed up the creating value, and not just things, held an ideathon, "Creating Beyond", in October 2018. As a result of that, we agreed to merge JDI's core technology with the solutions from Kokuyo's Workstyle Research Laboratory, to develop a product to contribute to further "transformation of ways to work".

For the following 2 points, we will proceed to hold further discussions going forward:

Search for a solution to support networking that will be maintained in memory

In the future era, in addition to the connections made within the company, since it will be critical to further work flexibly, while utilizing external networks as well, we will support the flow of both.

Search for a solution creating a new reading experience

Learnings to grow as a business person is required, and one effective way to do so is through reading, especially we will update the reading experience on a paper base, and support both.
