【Ukrainian Displaced People Assistance Activities】(Fukushima Pref.)

0
As part of JDI's support activities for Ukrainian refugees, JDI has jointly donated the transparent display Rælclear™, which can be used as a two-way translation monitor, with Ichigo Asset Management, Ltd. to the city of Shirakawa and four towns in Nishishirakawa District, Fukushima Prefecture, which are accepting people who have fled from Ukraine.
One of the challenges in acceptance of Ukrainian refugees is the language barrier. By setting up the transparent display Rælclear, which is integrated with the voice-to-text translation app "UD Talk", between the conversants, it is possible to view the translated languages of each other in text form from both directions, which JDI believes plays a significant role in facilitating communication.

JDI is deeply saddened by the fear and anxiety faced daily by those who are stranded in Ukraine due to the ongoing war, as well as those who have had to leave their homeland.
