Basic policy on dialogue with shareholders and Investors
JDI recognizes that constructive dialogue with shareholders and investors is essential for achieving sustainable growth and improving long-term corporate value. JDI endeavors to proactively create opportunities for such dialogue.
Dialogue with shareholders and investors is conducted by the CEO and CFO within reasonable limits. On a day-to-day basis, the PR & IR Department, which is responsible for investor relations, works closely with relevant departments across the company to facilitate communication. In addition, depending on the interests and concerns of shareholders and investors, other members of management and directors, including external directors, may participate in such dialogue.
Furthermore, JDI strives to promote constructive dialogue through proactive disclosure of information in addition to disclosures required by applicable laws and regulations. Alongside financial information, JDI also discloses non-financial information such as environmental, social, and governance matters through JDI’s website and Sustainability Report.
Opinions and requests received through dialogue with shareholders and investors are compiled by the PR & IR Department, reported to the Board of Directors, and shared with relevant departments. Such feedback is utilized in initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate value.

JDI also conducts one-on-one meetings with domestic and overseas analysts and institutional investors on an ongoing basis. |
| Regular Briefings for Overseas Investors | JDI does not currently hold regular briefing sessions specifically for overseas investors. However, JDI has begun distributing earnings presentation transcripts through the SCRIPTS Asia service provided by JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. as part of its information disclosure efforts for overseas institutional investors. |
