Basic policy on dialogue with shareholders and Investors
JDI believes that constructive dialogue with JDI's shareholders and investors is crucial for sustainable growth and improving long-term corporate value. JDI strives to actively create opportunities for dialogue. The CEO and CFO actively engage in conversations with shareholders and investors within reasonable bounds, while daily engagement is handled by the Sustainability Department, which is responsible for Investor Relations. Depending on the requests and interests of JDI's shareholders and investors, other executives, including external directors, also participate in the dialogue.
In addition, JDI recognizes that proactive disclosure of corporate information, beyond what is required by law, promotes constructive dialogue. In addition to financial information, JDI actively discloses non-financial information such as environmental, social, and governance aspects on JDI's website and Sustainability Reports.
The opinions and requests obtained through dialogue with JDI's shareholders and investors are summarized by the Sustainability Department, reported to the Board of Directors, and shared with relevant departments within the company to enhance our business activities towards improving corporate value.
