Human and Labor Rights
Based on "JDI Ethics", JDI will respect individual human rights and never engage in any act that violates basic human rights. We will develop and maintain a work environment in which the safety and health of employees are protected and in which they can work peacefully. With regards to the supply chain, we have established the JDI Supply Chain Sustainability Guidebook and have been using it with the understanding of our suppliers.

No Discrimination
We will respect the human rights of each individual in all of our business activities, including hiring, treatment and business transactions, and will not engage in any act that violates the dignity of any individual or discriminates on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, race, ethnicity, ideology, belief, religion, social status, family origin, disease or disability, etc.
Non Child Labor
When hiring employees, we will hire in accordance with the laws and regulations, etc., of each country or region. Child labor is unacceptable.
No Forced Labor or Harassment
We will not engage our employees in forced labor or subject them to harsh or inhumane treatment, including any form of abuse or harassment.
Freedom of Association
We will respect the freedom of association and the right to organize and bargain collectively in accordance with the laws and regulations of each country or territory.
Compliance with Local Labor Laws
We will make every effort to be in compliance with the laws and regulations of each country or territory with respect to working hours, wages and other labor standards.

We will create a work environment that enables creative and efficient execution of business activities and supports the realization of work-life balance (harmony between work and personal life).
Safe and Healthy Workplace Environment
We will strive to develop and maintain a safe, secure and hygienic work environment and comply with laws and regulations regarding occupational safety and health.
