JDI connects people with the world, developing, designing, manufacturing and selling "mid to small size displays", that are required for communicating volumes of information instantly, providing such to the global markets, as a world leading company. Furthermore, in July 2018, we created and started a new JDI corporate philosophy, vision and code of conduct, to move to the next stage, allowing JDI to become a new display company.
Under this new vision, beginning with the display market for smart phones, in the growth market of mid to small size displays, we will push FULL ACTIVETM to market, being a display with full narrow framing on all four sides, being the new platform, as the base for LTPS (Low Temprature Polysilicone), which we excel at, further, we will speed up the operations for OLED displays, which excel in definition and manufacturing. Moreover, along with enhancing development in automobiles, which hold the top share in the world, being the core growth strategy going forward, as well as non-mobile business, such as manufacturing machinery etc., we will seek to acquire a new position, beyond the display segment, beginning with entering in the sensor segment, as a new business area.
