JDI to Showcase Sensing Solutions at ROBOTECH 2026

Creating New Value with ZINNSIA

JDI will exhibit at ROBOTECH 2026, to be held in Shenzhen, China, from October 27 to 29, 2026.

As part of JDI’s BEYOND DISPLAY strategy, JDI will showcase demonstrations featuring ZINNSIA and highlight the value of JDI’s proprietary sensing technologies for growth markets, including robotics, smart homes, and industrial equipment. Through the exhibition, JDI aims to expand co-creation opportunities with customers and partners and further grow its sensing business.

Under its BEYOND DISPLAY strategy, JDI is leveraging the display technologies it has developed over many years to create new value beyond conventional display applications. ZINNSIA, developed under JDI’s BEYOND DISPLAY strategy, is a sensor that enables natural interaction between people and devices and has potential applications across a wide range of fields, including robotics, smart homes, and industrial equipment.

Through a variety of demonstrations featuring ZINNSIA, JDI will showcase sensing technologies such as proximity and touch detection and light control, as well as their potential applications. Visitors will be able to experience these technologies firsthand and explore new possibilities for next-generation user interfaces.

JDI will continue to leverage the technology assets developed through its display business to expand into new markets and applications under its BEYOND DISPLAY strategy. Through co-creation with customers and partners, JDI will pursue further business growth.
