Since with Rælclear one can view the same displayed content from both sides of the screen, it is possible to confirm the words spoken by a conversation partner while carrying on a face-to-face conversation through the displaying of each other's words as live captions. Rælclear paired with real-time transcription software can provide support to those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
We have been actively participating in exhibitions of and workshops for support devices for people who are hard of hearing and for those with APD/LiD and continue to propose a new form of communication in which the high transparency and two-way viewability of Rælclear allows people to understand each other's spoken words through text while seeing the expressions on each other's faces.
