JDI to Exhibit at MWC Barcelona 2026

MWC26 is the world’s largest and most influential event for mobile connectivity. Through our participation in this exhibition, JDI aims to accelerate the global deployment of its LC phased array antennas and LC Meta-Surface reflectors. The JAPAN Pavilion, hosted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan, will feature exhibits from 16 Japanese companies.

JDI’s Ku‑band LC phased‑array antenna for LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite communications is an advanced communication device that applies JDI’s long‑established LC technologies to the satellite communications field. Through electronic phase control enabled by LC elements, the antenna achieves high‑speed and precise beam steering without any mechanical movement of the aperture. This approach provides key advantages, including low power consumption, reduced weight, and an ultra‑thin form factor, while significantly enhancing the reliability of satellite links across a wide range of deployment scenarios.
