New Organizational Structure Effective July 1, 2026

JDI is executing its BEYOND DISPLAY growth strategy to transform its business portfolio and strengthen the profitability of its display business while prioritizing the allocation of management resources to growth areas such as sensors and semiconductor packaging. As part of this strategy, JDI will implement a reorganization of its business structure on July 1, 2026.

JDI had considered spinning out its AutoTech automotive display business to a newly established subsidiary. However, after careful consideration of changes in the business and operating environment, JDI has determined that maintaining an integrated operational structure within JDI is the optimal approach. Accordingly, this spinout plan has been discontinued, and AutoTech will remain integrated within the JDI parent organization.

In line with this decision, JDI will integrate all businesses, including AutoTech, under the management of JDI’s COO, transitioning to a structure that enables more unified, company-wide business operations.

Under the new structure, along with the AutoTech Business Division, three business domains – Display, Sensors, and Semiconductor Packaging – will be consolidated under a C&I Business Division. In addition, functions previously dispersed across each business, such as product development, global sales, and quality assurance, will be unified into organization-wide functions. The Corporate Officer in charge of AutoTech will continue to oversee the AutoTech business.

Through this reorganization, JDI will enhance its production flexibility and resource utilization, maximize growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency in order to grow long-term, sustainable shareholder value.
